Niki has 15+ years of marketing experience in a variety of roles. As an Account Director, she successfully collaborates with clients, senior executive teams and business partners to deliver with excellence. She leads our integrated accounts with a ‘client centric’ orientation in order to gain a deeper understanding of both the business and marketing goals and objectives. Niki was directly involved with the design and launch of the Ford ‘Customer Experience Management’ program, and has served as the client lead on a variety of digital, lead management system and programs. With a past focus on automotive, Niki is highly versed in managing complex solutions across multi-national accounts including Toyota Canada, Toyota Financial Services and Subaru.
