His award winning work covers retail, corporate, experiential and digital. Prior to joining Mindshape Carlo did a stint at Loblaw’s where he drove the creative thinking behind the President’s Choice financial brand and then joined the Watt Group working on such notable brands as McDonald’s, Longo’s, Michael-Angelo’s, Market 32, The Home Store (Mexico), Häagen Dazs and The Northwest Company.
